For New Students:

You must attend a preschool screening session.

Please call 606-784-7721 to inquire when the next screening session will be. 

Before your screening session please complete the following:

Step 1:  Complete Online Registration by clicking This Link.  Do not add any other children in your household to this application.   If you have a current parent portal account you may log into parent portal to complete Online Registration and follow the prompts for New Student Registration.   Do NOT fill out registration for existing students when registering preschool children.

Step 2:  Gather the required documents as listed:

• Copy of birth certificate or proof of birth

• Current physical on this form: Ky School Physical Form

• Immunization Certificate on this form: Immunization Certificate

• Copy of Social security card (optional, but required to receive KEES Scholarship money)

• Vision Exam on this form: Vision Exam Form

• Proof of income.  May include: Pay stubs, W-2, front page of Income Tax returns, etc.

Step 3:  Attend the screening session with your child and bring all of the documents listed above. 

Completion of Online Registration and attendance to the screening do not guarantee admittance to Rowan County Preschool. 

Existing Students:

Complete registration by logging into parent portal using the link below.  You may also complete the registration through the Campus Parent app on your phone (Download on Apple App Store or Google Play Store). If you need assistance with your username/password, please call 606-784-7721.  

1. Log in to Campus Parent Portal

2. Click More in the menu

3. Click Online Registration and follow the prompts for existing students.
