COST:
The price of the trip includes ALL expenses for the trip…including food, travel, lodging, tickets to attractions, and spending money. Payments will need to be on a monthly schedule.
The cost per person will depend on how many people sign up for the trip. A large part of the cost of the trip is the bus and the cost of the bus depends on how many seats are taken on that bus.
Other expenses that need to be divided among the group are things like guide services and chaperone costs. I have tried to overestimate everything.
Payment plan will be 7 payments (plus deposit) February, March, April, May, June, July, August
ARE THERE SCHOLARSHIP AVAILABLE?
Yes. There are full and half scholarships available. Scholarships are awarded based on need along with teacher recommendations.
HOW DO I SIGN UP?
You must pay a $125 deposit (per person) by February 15th so that we can plan a specific amount of how much you will owe for the trip. If you are awarded a ½ scholarship, your deposit is $75.
You pay the deposit in Infinite Campus’ Parent Portal. Look for School Store. Please use a credit or debit card. Electronic checks cost us more to process.
