REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) SCHOOL BOARD ATTORNEY/LEGAL SERVICES
The Rowan County Board of Education requests proposals for School Board Attorney/Legal Services. Sealed proposals will be accepted until 3:00pm EST on Friday, January 17, 2024, at the Board of Education office. Sealed proposals should be labeled, “School Board Attorney/Legal Services Proposal” and submitted to:

Proposals received after that time and date will not be opened and read for consideration. The Rowan County Schools accepts no responsibility for proposals arriving late. Proposals must be clearly marked: “School Board Attorney/Legal Services Proposal.” The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in a bid if that action is in the best interest of the school district.
