Our talented choir will kick off the event at 5:30 PM with a festive performance in the gym. There will be a variety of crafts, activities, and games for the students to enjoy. We will also have plenty of concessions available. Items that will be sold include, but are not limited to hot dogs (sauce), nachos and cheese, chips, candy, cookies, popcorn, drinks, and hot chocolate.
We're even more excited to announce that Santa Claus himself will be making an appearance!
Tickets for the silent auction and games will be available for purchase. Silent auction tickets can be bought for $1. Game tickets will be sold at the door for 2 for $1.
We hope to see you and your family there for a night of fun and holiday cheer!

Dear Rodburn Families,
We would like to remind everyone of a few important guidelines that will help make curbside pickup safer, smoother, and more efficient for all students and staff. Your cooperation is essential!
For Parents/Guardians:
1. **Please send a note** to school if there is a change in your child’s transportation routine. This will ensure we have accurate information for dismissal.
2. **Use the purple curbside tag** issued this year. Please ensure the **PURPLE tag** is **visible** on your vehicle for identification.
3. **Do not use last year's curbside tag.** Each year, a new tag is issued, and it helps us quickly identify your vehicle.
4. **Hang the tag on your rearview mirror** with the numbers **facing out** so we can see them clearly. Please make sure the tag is not blocked by anything.
These small steps will help us make curbside dismissal safer and more efficient for everyone.

Subject: Help Us Shape the Future of Our Out-of-School Programs – We Need Your Input!
Dear Families and Community Members,
We are excited to share that our school district is applying for funding through the 21st Century Community Learning Centers (21st CCLC) program! This is a wonderful opportunity to create out-of-school programs that will help improve student achievement and promote social development for our students, particularly those who attend high-poverty, low-performing schools.
What Does This Mean for Our Students?
If we are awarded the grant, the funding will allow us to offer academic enrichment, cultural activities, and social-emotional support outside of regular school hours. The program will be designed to help students strengthen their academic skills, engage in hands-on learning, and grow as individuals.
In addition, we will be hiring a site coordinator who will be responsible for overseeing the program. This person will help plan activities, coordinate with families and community partners, and ensure that the program meets the needs of our students.
How Can You Help?
To ensure that this program truly benefits our students, we would love to hear from you! Your feedback will help us create a program that best supports your child’s academic and personal growth.
Please take a few minutes to complete our Google Form to share your thoughts, suggestions, and ideas. Your input will be used to shape the activities we offer and guide the selection of the site coordinator.
https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdCffpPo2gUhAFUaeARxx8zotbfh51rCyOoxXPnlHyFD_evow/viewform?usp=sf_link
Why Your Input Matters:
As parents, caregivers, and community members, you are a vital part of the success of this program. Your feedback will help us understand what kinds of support your child needs and how we can create an environment where every student thrives.
Thank you for your time and for being a key partner in ensuring the success of this program. We look forward to working together to provide our students with meaningful opportunities for growth and success!
Warm regards,
James Hood
Principal
